In addition to my coaching practice, I lead the Product & Integrated Marketing department at Google where I have been for the past 10 years. In addition to my leadership role in sales & marketing, I lead bias busting workshops designed to help managers at Google predict, prevent, and mitigate race and gender bias in performance management. I am an Organizational Development Consultant where I work with executives at Google to develop & facilitate multi day workshops designed to foster inclusive business planning and team development. I have a deep passion & skill for developing high performing individuals & teams.
Prior to Google, I worked in Sales, Marketing, Tech & Entertainment at both start-ups & large organizations in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
